Take a stroll to Dublins iconic O’Connell Street or hop on the Luas, a 4-minute walk away, and take a trip into St Stephens Green for some shopping. Node offers a modern and community-centred approach to studio living. Each private studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable living space and ensuite bathroom – everything you need for dining, unwinding, relaxing and entertaining within your personal space.
But Node is more than just a place to live; it’s a vibrant community where you can connect with like-minded individuals. Our common areas, including the co-working space, gym, lounge, events dining room and garden, are designed to foster connections and curated experiences that go beyond traditional renting.
Join us in embracing a unique lifestyle that seamlessly blends the comfort of private living with the enriching social aspects of a welcoming community.
Who are the typical tenants in your community?
Our community comprises a diverse mix of individuals hailing from different backgrounds. You’ll encounter international and domestic professionals, expatriates, digital nomads, students, and typically young adults aged between 22 and 40. However, we warmly welcome individuals of all age groups into our communities.
Are there any agency or sign-up fees?
No, we keep it straightforward. You’re only required to provide a one-month deposit along with the proportional first month’s rent to secure your space. We don’t have any hidden fees or complex processes.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay with us is typically 12 months, however, feel free to discuss your situation with us, break clauses are available at certain times of the year. This duration allows us to foster a genuine sense of community among our residents, creating connections and experiences that enrich your coliving journey.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent to secure your room. It’s a standard procedure to ensure your reservation and provide you with a worry-free stay.
What amenities and services are included?
We’ve got you covered! Your home at Node is thoughtfully designed and includes all the furniture and mattresses. For your convenience your utilities and WiFi are bundled into a monthly fee. Plus, enjoy our monthly events and exclusive access to communal spaces. Weekly or monthly cleaning of your unit is available upon request for an additional charge.
*Electrical, plumbing and appliance services are included in the rent.
How does the application process work?
The application process is easy and can all be done online if needed, or in person. Once you’ve picked the home you like, chat with our licensing consultant to schedule a virtual or in-person visit. After the visit, we just ask you to provide us with some simple paperwork so we can prepare the rental contract. If all checks out, you sign your license at our office and can start packing your bags to move in – simple as that!
Can I visit the apartment before the booking?
We do offer the option of both in-person and virtual visits. We aim to provide the best experience while respecting the comfort and privacy of existing roommates in shared units.
Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely! We are pet lovers here. However, please be aware that there may be some breed and weight restrictions. We charge a monthly fee of 75€ per pet to ensure they have a comfortable stay too.
What events and activities are organised for residents?
We curate a diverse range of events to enrich your experience. Our monthly calendar includes options like community dinners, game nights, gardening or painting sessions, movie screenings, sporting events, picnics, hikes, concerts, arcades, potlucks and much more! These events are a fantastic way to connect with your neighbours and build lasting friendships.
Do you accept couples?
Unfortunately, Node Dublin 7 units are for single occupancy only.
Can I invite friends or receive visits?
Absolutely! We encourage a welcoming environment where you can feel at home.
Will I be able to extend my license once it's finished?
Yes, you have the flexibility to extend your stay as needed. Whether you want to continue your Node experience or explore other options, just let us know with the required advanced notice. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities!
How does the move out process work?
It’s a simple process! Just send us an email in advance, that is in accordance with the notification period in your licence agreement (typically 28-35 days in advance), to notify us of your departure date. Once we receive your notification, we’ll provide you with the necessary procedure to follow. Your smooth transition matters to us!
