What is Coliving and how does it work?
Coliving is a modern living arrangement where someone rents a room, a studio or an apartment within a communal property, benefiting from shared amenities and activities designed to foster a sense of community and belonging.
What profiles do you usually rent to?
Our community comprises a diverse mix of individuals hailing from different backgrounds. You’ll encounter international and domestic professionals, expatriates, digital nomads, post-graduated students, and typically young adults aged between 25 and 45. However, we warmly welcome individuals of all age groups into our communities.
Are there any agency or sign-up fees?
No, we keep it straightforward. You’re only required to provide a one-month deposit along with the proportional first month’s rent to secure your space. We don’t have any hidden fees or complex processes.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is usually 3 months. However, we encourage you to discuss your specific situation with us, as break clauses may be available at certain times of the year. This duration helps build a strong community among residents, fostering connections and experiences that enhance your coliving journey while reducing turnover and creating a true sense of home.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent to secure the desired unit. It’s a standard procedure to ensure your reservation and provide you with a worry-free stay.
What amenities and services are included?
We’ve got you covered! Our all-inclusive package includes utilities, WiFi, weekly cleaning, and on-demand maintenance. Plus, enjoy a calendar of events and exclusive access to communal spaces and community perks.
How does the application process work?
The application process is easy and can all be done online if needed, or in person. Once you’ve picked the unit you like, schedule a virtual or in-person visit with our team. After the visit, we just ask you to provide us with some simple paperwork so we can prepare the rental contract. If all checks out, you sign your leasing agreement online and you can start packing your bags to move in – simple as that!
Can I visit the apartment before the booking?
Yes! We do offer the option of both in-person and virtual visits. We actually encourage people to come and visit the apartment in person.
Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely! We are pet lovers here. However, please be aware that the conditions will be different: instead of 1 month deposit, we will charge 1,5 months per pet.
What events and activities are organised for residents?
We curate a diverse range of events to enrich your experience. Our monthly calendar includes options like community dinners, panel talks, networking sessions, afterworks, cooking workshops, sporting events, picnics, hikes, concerts, and much more! These events are a fantastic way to connect with your neighbours and build lasting friendships.
Do you accept couples?
Absolutely! Couples are more than welcome.
Can I invite friends or receive visits?
Absolutely! We encourage a welcoming environment where you can feel at home. In private areas, you can have up to 1 visitor for a maximum of 5 nights per month.
Will I be able to extend my license once it's finished?
Yes! While the minimum stay is 3 months, you have the flexibility to extend your stay as needed. Whether you want to continue your Node experience or explore other options, just let us know at least 60 days in advance. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities!
How does the move out process work?
It’s a simple process! Just send us an email notifying the cancellation of your rental contract at least 30 days in advance of your departure date. Once we receive your notification, we’ll provide you with the necessary procedure to follow. Your smooth transition matters to us!
How does the rent payment work?
We’ve made it hassle-free! The most convenient way to pay is by setting up a monthly recurring payment via standing order.
Can I sign the leasing agreement online with e-signature?
Yes, all licenses may be signed with an e-signature.
