It has on offer for our guests a vast range of amenity spaces, including an on-site mini-market, padel and basketball courts, an outdoor swimming pool, several fitness spaces for cardio, functional, weight training and wellness, a co-working space (indoors and outdoors), event spaces, private dining, meeting rooms, quiet spaces, party spaces and parking spaces – Node Alcobendas has it all!
Is it open 24 hours?
Yes, you will be able to access the building 24 hours a day.
What cleaning or linen services are provided?
This depends on how long you are staying at Node Alcobendas. Cleaning happens either daily, weekly or monthly. Linen changes happen either at turnover of the room or when cleaning takes place.
Is the Wi-Fi included?
We’ve got you covered in Alcobendas. In your room you will be able to access your own Wifi network with a password. The Wifi is included in your rate. The Wifi is available to keep you connected throughout the range of amenity spaces at Node Alcobendas.
Can I park my car at Node Alcobendas?
Yes, you can. Outdoor and indoor parking spaces are available to book for your peace of mind. In addition, Node Alcobendas has bike storage, car-sharing and e-scooters / bikes on offer to keep you mobile (charges will apply).

What is the Node Alcobendas check-in and check-out time?
The Alcobendas team will welcome you from 3pm to check-in and will say bon voyage at 11am.
Are pets allowed in Alcobendas? If so, is there a fee?
Here in Alcobendas, we love pets, but like thrash metal, not everyone loves them. We may, however, have rooms available for pets in Alcobendas, for a small charge. Please see our terms and conditions to see if your pet is suitable for Node Alcobendas.
What payment methods do you accept?
The usual digital or recurring payment methods. If you stay for a few nights, we will ask you to pay in advance – if you stay longer than a month, we can quickly set-up a SEPA recurring payment. The majority of our bookings are made and paid online.
Are the Alcobendas units accessible for guests with disabilities?
Node appreciates diversity and embraces inclusion. We clearly label which units are considered suitable, so that everyone feels welcome.
What is the Alcobendas cancellation/rebooking policy?
We understand that life happens.
As long as you cancel at least 24 hrs before your stay, you are eligible to be considered for a full refund. Certain promotional rates may be excluded, but Node will make everything clear at the point of booking
Where can I smoke in Node Alcobendas?
There are dedicated spaces and areas that are clearly signposted for those who smoke, vape or use e-cigarettes. These are all outside spaces. Inside the building, smoking / vaping / e-cigarettes can affect everyone’s enjoyment of the spaces, so we ask all guests to respect this and to refrain from smoking in these areas.
