What is Coliving?

Coliving at Node means all the benefits of your own private apartment or room, connected into a complex of private and shared units. Monthly fees cover all utilities, Wi-Fi, furnishings and décor, and access to beautiful amenity spaces that expand what’s possible at home. Grab a drink, share a meal, watch a movie, get in a work out or just compare notes with other Nodies. Hit the town, the rooftop, the garden or the coworking lounge. There’s always company, if you want it, or quiet, if you don’t. Our curators and communication channels add a little extra to help keep you connected, provide the local lowdown, and make you feel at home, a lot faster.
