This area offers plenty of local shops, crowded squares, trendy pubs, and alternative fashion and art galleries. Gracia is known as one of the richest neighborhoods culturally speaking. This is due, among others, to the great variety of theatres and cinemas there are around. The building is well connected as it is very close to the Diagonal metro station and Gracia railway station.

The document you need is a minimal rental contract of 6 months signed in person by both parties (you & the Node representative).

The application process is easy and can all be done online if needed, or in person if you’re local already.
Once you’ve picked the home you like, chat with our home specialist to schedule a virtual or in-person visit.
After the visit, we just ask you to provide us with some simple paperwork so we can prepare the rental contract. If all checks out you sign your lease at our office and you can start packing your bags to move in – simple as that!

Yes, if you need a room urgently we can move as fast as moving in the same day. The steps to take are simple and fast. If you provide our team with all the necessary documents (ID, contracts, diplomas, bank account details, proof of sufficient capital), and can show us that you will be a right fit, then it is a go.

Yes, there are many reservations being done for people starting a new job or study in 6 months time and wanting to make sure that the room or apartment that they really like is not rented out already moving closer. In fact, on multiple platforms the availability of our portfolio is synchronized in real time.

You can collect your keys in our office or we can schedule to check you in at your new flat within business hours. At the moment of collecting the keys you should have already paid the deposit, plus the first monthly rent (or the prorated rent if you enter during the month). If you pay by transfer, you should send us the bank receipt in advance to

Yes, this is possible and has an extra cost of 50 euros. It also depends on our staff availability.

We either rent complete 1 bedroom apartments or rooms in apartments. Depending on the size of the room and the specific home, obviously the 1 bedroom apartments and some of the rooms are perfectly suited for couples. Once you have applied, our home specialists can give you more information.

While we love animals, we only allow pets at our private studio and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. In our coliving suites, pets may be allowed as an accommodation for tenants with a qualified disability.

The cleaning service is every week for 2 hours. The day and time are based on the schedule kept for all our apartments.
The cleaning service will clean every area of the apartment.
Common sense of our tenants regarding the cleaning service is key, as they will only clean to a certain level. They’re not obligated to do more than the contracted hours or to clean when there is a level of dirt that is not normal in our coliving apartments. Example: accumulating too much garbage, not keeping the things superficially clean, and tenants being unhygienic are not part of their tasks.

Notify us of the cancelation of the rental contract by email ( with a minimum of one month in advance before the departure date.
You have to send us a detailed video of the room and its furniture right before leaving the room to the email: This video is the Check Out proof.
You should leave the keys or cards inside the room. If you do not leave every key or card that we’ve delivered at the check-in, 50 euros is withheld from the deposit.
We will refund the deposit accordingly, maximum one month after your departure.

Our community members come from all walks of life, but generally are a very international and diverse group of workers, expats, digital nomads, (master) students and young professionals between 21-35.

We are doing an extensive screening before onboarding new colivers. This includes a background- and personality check in which we ask for the reason(s) of staying in the city where the room is based; normally being work and/or study. With the information gathered, we are doing a check with the current people living in the apartment to see if there could be a match. Sometimes also an introduction call between new and current colivers is taking place.

This totally depends on the characteristics of the apartment. We have a big range: from entire apartments to 6 rooms’ apartments.

We facilitate events in which current tenants and/or professionals are organizing events such as yoga sessions, cooking classes, community dinners, after work casual drinks, amongst many others, and invite our whole community to join. In this way, you can get to know new people while having a good time.

Rent payments are completely automated so you don’t have to lose time on planning your manual rental payment transaction every month. After the first month’s manual payment, the rent will be automatically subtracted from your bank account after signing a direct debit document.
We’re happy to listen to your personal situation if you come from outside the EU or have difficulties with payments or opening a bank account in Spain.

Payments will be charged between the 1st and the 5th day of each month. Make sure your bank account has sufficient funds for the payment by the beginning of the month, because, if not, late fees apply.

Everything is taken care of for you automatically, no need to set up anything or worry about payments. We do have a top-up of 70€ per flat for electricity and water, if you surpass this amount, the difference has to be paid by the member(s).

Yes, a 1-month deposit is obligatory.
