Yes. One and two-bedroom units are a great solution for those who want a little more privacy and personal space, combined with access to beautiful amenity spaces, and a place in the Node community. We work hard to make sure all Node residents are enjoying their experience. In the event a roommate doesn’t work out, we employ conflict resolution support staff to help understand and navigate the differences. In the rare instance transferring apartments is the best solution for all, we will provide alternate options based on availability and pricing.

Your monthly fee covers the rent of your furnished bedroom, utilities, Wi-Fi, access to all the amenity spaces as well as Node App access, which allows you to connect with Nodie’s around the globe. For an additional cost, Node can provide weekly cleaning, kitchen or linen packages, and parking (select locations).

Node offers lease terms from 3 to 18-months based on availability. Majority of Nodie’s stay for a minimum of 6 months. Please connect with us to discuss your specific needs. We are here to help!

Yes! Node communities are Wi-Fi equipped so you can work from your bedroom, living room, garden, patio, roof-top deck or coworking lounge.

Our community events are inspired by the people who call Node home. From hosting after-work drinks, to trying the latest local restaurants, to beach outings, cooking classes, or rooftop yoga, our curators’ thoughtfully planned events make it easy for you to simply join in when something catches your interest or fits your schedule. Many events are created and hosted by Nodies themselves! If you have an idea, it can come to life in the Node community. Plan a birthday party, lead a workshop, get a game night going, or mobilize people for a community project. As always, our Community Curators are available to help turn your ideas into reality, and so are your fellow Nodies.
