Our boutique features 23 apartments ranging from 2-bed/2-bath to 3-bed/3-bath spaces, blending comfort with urban convenience. You can rent a private flat or rent out a room in one of our coliving spaces. Our 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom are perfectly designed shared spaces with all-inclusive rent. We want you to find the right roommate and we take the time to connect you with your future housemates. Each unit boasts a vintage-inspired kitchen with SMEG fridges along with a cozy living area. The apartments are equipped with Nest heating, stylish furniture, and cozy armchairs ideal for reading. Hassle-free living is guaranteed with all-inclusive utilities and Wi-Fi, allowing residents to fully enjoy the city.

Our communal spaces including the rooftop terrace and the residents lounge, are far more than amenities; they are the pulsating heart of our community life.
