Anil Khera Founder & CEO

Anil is responsible for the overall management, investment activities and global expansion of Node. Prior to founding Node, Anil spent 15 years at Blackstone in London and DLJ/Credit Suisse in Los Angeles and was involved in over $30bn of real estate investment and financing activities. Anil has and HBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University and a BA from the University of Waterloo.

Esteve Almirall Partner & Global Managing Director

Esteve is a global managing director and partner at Node where he and oversee our product development, market positioning and customer experience, tech platform and Iberian operations. leads all Iberia related efforts. He has extensive experience in co-living and multifamily and previously worked at Starcity, Airbnb and VTS. Esteve holds a BA from New York University.

Anita Khera Director

Anita is responsible for overseeing Accounting, Finance, HR and Compliance. Anita previously worked as an auditor for both KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Anita has a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a degree in Science and Business from the University of Waterloo.

Marc Vila Real Estate & Finance Director

Marc is the Real Estate Director of Iberia, and mainly works in three verticals. Firstly, he oversees the financial and accounting procedures and systems in the Iberia area. He is responsible for Iberia’s market investments, from qualitative to quantitative analysis. Finally he is responsible for DATA and asset control as well as DD preparation and works in capital markets. Previously, Marc has been working for 9 years at Deloitte, serving 3 years as Manager. Marc holds a BA in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and MCs in Auditing and Financial Management.

Aamir Siddiqui Global Development Director

Aamir oversees Node’s development and project management activities. Previously, Aamir held a senior development positions at Empiric Student Property and Alumno Group. Aamir has a BA in Property with Business from Westminster University and has completed an APM-accredited project management qualification.

Quique Oliete Head of Real Estate Investment & Asset Management

Enrique oversees Investment and Asset management activities for Iberia at Node. He brings to the role over 15 years experience in the Real Estate sector, where he has been responsible for the implementation of portfolio management strategies with a volume of more than €2.0 Billion (Bn) and successfully closed transactions worth €1.0 Bn. Previously, Enrique held senior positions in companies such Unibail-Rodamco Westfield or Nuveen.

Tom Poulton Finance Director

Tom is the Finance Director of Node, oversees financial accounting and audit processes and has led the implementation of management accounting systems. Tom has completed CIMA’s Certificate in Business Accounting and has a BA in Russian and Czech Studies from the University of Sheffield.

Maite Abad Senior Accountant

Maite is the senior Accountant in Node, with more than 20 years of experience across accounting, finances and treasury, executes and improves the accounting systems in Spain. Oversee the administration department and support on key financial decisions.

Juan Varela Operations Manager

Juan is the Operations Manager at Node and has over 15 years experience working in the residential, student housing and hospitality sectors in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Prior to Node Juan worked for Nido Student Living, Park Hyatt Hotels, Sofitel and the Mandarin Oriental. Huan has a BA in Hotel Management from Ott College Institute in Argentina.

Francisco Castro Operations Manager

Francisco manages all Barcelona properties and oversees the Operations in Madrid. Previously he worked in the hospitality industry in hotels such as Hilton Barcelona and Casa Camper, moving on to the start-up world, where he worked at Hostmaker as Operations Manager for Barcelona. Francisco owns a Masters Degree in Marketing, Sales and Revenue Management from EAE.

Eli Valentí Experience Manager

As Node Spain’s Experience Manager, I oversee the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience for our residents. I automate processes, organize events, and work with partnerships to create a sense of community and enhance their experience. Additionally, I support branding efforts and work closely with the operations and leasing teams to optimize our services.

Miren Alli Aicua Project Manager

As a technical architect, her previous experience has been managing the project, from the design phase to the completion of projects, for investment founds as Aviva or Patrizia, including value engineering, cost control, planning control and project coordination.

Tara Stephenson Global Community Curator

Tara coordinates Node’s community curation globally and oversees brand partnerships. Prior to Node Tara co-founded The Dwelling House, a creative community development project in Málaga, Spain, which stages unique events and workshops to support the local creative community and businesses. She also has worked with a variety of NGOs throughout Spain, Southeast Asia, South Africa and Central America. Tara graduated from John Brown University as a collegiate athlete majoring in Public Relations.

David Mossington Acquisitions Advisor

David is responsible for acquisition and investment activities at Node. David has over 18 years of investment management experience and was formerly at Brookfield and Timbercreek Asset Management. He has worked in the United Kingdom, Western Europe, North America and Africa. David has a degree in Applied Economics from Queen’s University.

Murray McQueen Senior Advisor

Murray is a Senior Advisor to Node, focusing on the US expansion and matters relating to development, planning and entitlements. Murray is President of Tribune Real Estate Holdings and was formerly at Cerberus and DLJ/Credit Suisse. He is a Board Member of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate at the Anderson School of Management and an Advisory Board and Council Member of the Urban Land Institute.

Candice Faktor Senior Advisor

Candice is an Senior Advisor to Node, providing strategic guidance in the areas of technology, consumer experience, marketing, partnerships, smart city and proptech innovation and venture capital. Candice was the global GM for Wattpad, co-created Torstar Digital, founding partner at Elevate and was previously at Monitor Consulting. Candice has an HBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Robert Booth Senior Advisor

Robert is an advisor to Node in Ireland and is the owner of Bridge Capital Partnership. He has advised and invested in a wider variety of Irish real estate projects including Generator Hostels, the Spencer Hotel, O’Callaghan Properties and Atelier Student Housing. Robert is a graduate of business from University College Dublin.

Debi Flyn Senior Advisor

Debi advises on leasing and marketing activities for Node in Ireland, has been involved in Dublin’s real estate market for over 20 years, focusing on corporate and international relocations. Debi is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ireland and attended National University of Ireland.

Shafin Jadavji Senior Advisor

Shafin is an advisor to Node in Canada and is the Founder and President of Cubecom Commercial Realty, a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm. Shafin has prior experience in real estate and accounting at DTZ Barnicke (now Cushman & Wakefield), KPMG and Deloitte Consulting. Shafin is a CPA and CBV and has a BBA from Wilfred Laurier University.
