Yes, we require a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent to secure your stay.
We’ve got you covered! Our all-inclusive package includes utilities, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, and on-demand maintenance. Plus, enjoy a calendar of events and exclusive access to communal spaces. In our coliving rooms, we even provide bed sheets and towels to ensure a queen-worthy experience. Please note that while utilities are unlimited in coliving rooms, they’re capped based on the number of bedrooms in private apartments.
Rest assured, we’ve taken care of all the essentials for your comfort. When you check in, you’ll find bed sheets and towels provided by us. No need to bring your own – we’ve thought of everything to ensure you have a seamless and comfortable stay!
The application process is easy and can all be done online if needed, or in person. Once you’ve picked the stay you like, chat with our sales specialist to schedule a virtual or in-person visit.
After that, provide us with some simple paperwork so we can prepare the rental contract. If all checks out you sign your lease at our office and you can start packing your bags to move in – simple as that!
We respect our residents’ privacy, and in some apartments where we provide virtual tours or video tours, we don’t offer in-person visits. However, for apartments without videos, we do offer the option of both in-person and virtual visits. We aim to provide the best experience while respecting your comfort and privacy!
While we love animals, we only allow pets in our private apartments, but not in the coliving units.
We curate a range of events to enrich your experience. Our monthly events, included in your rent, offer a variety of options such as live concerts at rooftops, wine tastings, community dinners and even silent discos. For those seeking more exclusive adventures, our quarterly premium events (separately paid) include activities like wine bike tours, trips to Port Aventura, ski weekends and exciting out-of-town excursions.
We have a variety of private apartments that might be perfect for you both. Feel free to explore our options and find the best fit for your needs! Just to make you aware, at the moment, we don’t have the option for couples in our coliving rooms.
Absolutely! We encourage a welcoming environment where you can feel at home. You’re welcome to have guests, just make sure to communicate with your roommates and ensure everyone’s comfortable. In private areas, you can have up to 1 visitor for a maximum of 5 nights per month.
Absolutely! We understand everyone’s schedule is different. While it’s possible to arrange key collection and check-in outside of business hours, there is an additional cost of 50 euros. Keep in mind that this option also depends on our staff availability.
We’ve made it hassle-free! If you have a Spanish bank account, rent payments are fully automated, eliminating the need for manual monthly transactions. After the initial manual payment, signing a direct debit document (SEPA) allows us to automatically deduct the rent from your account. For those without a Spanish bank account, you can easily transfer the monthly rent between the 1st and 5th of each month.
