What we do


Design-led coliving units, studios and furnished apartments informed by data driven analytics, curated to align with the local neighbourhood.


We assist or lead bank discussions, RFP and securing debt. Co-sponsor, GP and LP capabilities that align interests.


Work alongside developers on the acquisition, conceptualization, entitlements, project management and development of living assets.

Property management

Ensure NOI and KPI targets are met while ensuring the asset performs to the highest standard. We also manage capital structure and reporting.

Asset management

Fully comprehensive property management solution including an on-site Node team and global head office support to create a curated living experience.


Exit strategies include procuring institutional take-out options upon company stabilisation.

We procure FF&E based on data-driven analytics to minimise marketing turnover and replacement costs. We ensure that items are adaptable and appeal to Node’s target demographic.
