Is Node Tetuan well connected to the city center?
Our building is extremely well connected to the center with the Francos Rodriguez subway stop (L7) only 3 minutes walk away, and Estrecho (L1) 10 minutes walk away, as well as numerous bus stops nearby.
Which types of rooms are available to rent?
There are two types of rooms at Node Moncloa. Some have a 140 x 200cm double bed and some come with a 90 x 200cm single bed. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, mini fridge, AC and a desk.
What amenities does your coliving in Madrid offer?
Our coliving has different common areas such as a shared kitchen, laundry, coworking spaces, a home cinema, ping pong area and a terrace.
What services are included in my monthly fee?
The monthly fee includes services such as cleaning, linen and towels, maintenance, high speed internet, basic utilities and access to common areas. We also organise exciting events and activities for our residents.
Can I visit the facilities before booking?
Of course! We are happy to schedule a visit for you to see our facilities. Please contact our community curator to make an appointment.
Is it possible to do a virtual tour?
After viewing the 3D tour, if you would like to experience a virtual tour in real-time, please reach out to our team to schedule one. We’ll be delighted to arrange it for you.
Are pets allowed in the coliving?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our coliving facilities.
Can I customise my private space?
You are welcome to personalise your room to your liking, as long as it doesn’t result in any harm to the walls, floors or other surfaces. Please ensure that you return your bedroom to its original state before you leave.
How many people live in the coliving?
Our coliving space in Madrid currently accommodates a total of 17 residents, with each room designed to provide a comfortable and communal living experience.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. To ensure a smooth and orderly stay, we do require a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. This deposit will be returned to you when you move-out, provided that everything is in perfect condition and the minimum stay period has been respected. This policy helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our coliving community.
What is the minimum length of stay?
Typically, stays last for a minimum of three months. However, during the summer, we often accommodate shorter stays. If you’re interested in a shorter duration, we’re highly adaptable and committed to crafting a customised contract that aligns with your requirements.
Can I terminate the contract before it ends or extend my stay?
Certainly! You have the flexibility to either terminate your contract before it’s scheduled to end or you can extend your stay. To do so, we kindly request that you provide us with a 30-day notice in both cases. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth transition for you.
Is it possible to register in Node Madrid's coliving?
Unfortunately, registration at Node Madrid’s coliving is not possible at this time.
