Terms and Conditions

The Prorated Part Down Payment:

The commitment of a prorated part downpayment of 300 euros provides the customer with:

• A prorated part down payment which will be held against an application process
• The balance of the downpayment is to be paid upon completion of a successful application (equivalent to one month’s rent – details within each unit contract) 
• The downpayment holds the unit for the customer, after which an application must be completed and passed successfully in order to secure a studio unit by reservation process with a balancing downpayment to be made 
• The customer agrees to make the initial prorated part downpayment on a non-refundable basis 
• The customer accepts that the downpayment is for a pre-agreed move-in date (No earlier than 1st August 24) 
• An application must be completed before the desired move in date 
• There is a possibility that the application will not be successful if criterion are not met, at which point any prorate downpayment made will be fully refunded

These reservation application criteria includes: 

• Provision of proof of identity from a recognised ID format (National ID number / Passport for example) that will be passed to Guardia Civil 
• A contract will be issued and must be signed by all occupiers
• The contact will stipulate the unit number, lease term, pricing and occupiers 
• Affordability criteria for the unit must be met:
  • Single occupant – Monthly income must be higher than -> 2,5 x monthly rent as gross income.
  • Double occupant – Monthly income must be higher than -> 4 x monthly rent as gross income (total)
• Proof of income to ensure the affordability criteria can be met will also be required

When all these criteria are met, the customer will be able to secure fully reserve the unit applied for which has been held by the prorated part down payment  

Prorated Part Down Payment Cancellation Policy:

Reservations / bookings and pro-rated or full down payments (advanced or otherwise) made through www.node-living.com and all associated pages containing this URL will be honored by the credit  or debit card payment method, which has been submitted and authorised by the customer / user. for payment to be taken 

Any reservations made directly via www.node-living.com  or through any associated node-living website page URLs are made as such, as a prepayment in exchange for pre-reserving a unit type, or service, or upon successfully completing an application, access to the property or service requested, and have non-refundable conditions that apply. 

Should any customer, who has made payment or pre-payment via www.node-living.com (or associated node-living URLs) want to cancel their booking, reservation or prepayment, this will result in the forfeiture of the total amount paid as a penalty. 

For any pre-booking or advanced reservation made with Node Living, any resultant no-show by the customer will result in a cancellation of their reservation/s / booking or pre-payment with immediate effect, and the forfeiture of all monies paid. 

Customers wishing to leave their stay early, and before the end of their contracted stay period, will be subject to the forfeiture of any amount paid for the current month, and will be liable for the balance of the contract amount for the remaining duration as agreed

Prorated Part Down Payment Refund Policy:

Any reservation / pre-booking or down payment made to Node Living in exchange for securing access to products or services is subject to the following Refund Policy: 

A prorated part down payment refund will only be issued in the following circumstances:

If progression to a full reservation application results in one or more of the predefined criteria not being achieved, therefore preventing progression through to a confirmed reservation. In this instance, the downpayment made will be fully refunded by the original payment method
