What are your nightly/weekly rates?
We are confident we have a rate that is right for you, choose a location, duration and see for yourself.
What amenities are included?
Depending on where you stay, lots! From swimming pools, lounges, co-working spaces, event spaces, private dining, meeting rooms, quiet spaces and party spaces – Node has it all!
Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking?
Which kitchen? We have a few to offer with home cooking and shared dining spaces to host your friends. We’ve thought of many things to help you master your cooking skills.
What cleaning or linen services are provided?
Cleanliness is important to us at Node. Regular cleans are made of units and of the entire development – for further details on this, choose a stay with Node.
Is the Wi-Fi included?
We’ve got you covered (literally) everywhere you go in the building for seamless working and connectivity.
Is parking available onsite or nearby?
Parking, bike storage, car-sharing and e-scooters / bikes are on offer to keep you mobile .
What is your check-in and check-out time?
We welcome you at 3pm and say bon voyage at 11am .
Do you take reservations for less than a week?
Sure, but it’s not the best way to stay with us. The longer you stay with us, the better it gets…
Are pets allowed? If so, is there a fee?
Node loves pets, but like thrash metal, not everyone loves them. We can help you choose the right way to stay depending on your needs. We will ask you to pay a small extra charge for your pet.
What payment methods do you accept?
The usual. If you stay for a few nights, we will ask you to pay in advance – if you stay longer than a month, we can quickly set-up a SEPA recurring payment.
Is there a minimum night stay requirement?
No, but it’s not the best way to get the most out of Node (in our opinion). The longer you stay, the better it gets…
Are the units accessible for guests with disabilities?
Node appreciates diversity and embraces inclusion. We clearly label which units are suitable, so that everyone feels welcome.
What is your cancellation/rebooking policy?
We understand that life happens. As long as you cancel at least 24 hrs before your stay, you are eligible to be considered for a full refund. Certain promotional rates may be excluded but Node will make everything clear at the point of booking.
Are all units non-smoking?
They are. But, we have spaces and areas that are designated and clearly signposted for those who smoke.
