0- Cuáles son los beneficios de Node vs un Alquiler Tradicional en Madrid?
La imagen que acompaña cuenta la historia: una única factura lo cubre todo, desde el alquiler, servicios, muebles, hasta extras como el acceso a coworking, gimnasio y mucho más. Di adiós a los múltiples gastos asociados al alquiler tradicional.
En Node, la simplicidad de una única factura nos diferencia en comparación con los alquileres tradicionales, donde los costes se acumulan.
1- ¿Qué tipología de unidades ofrecemos en Node Madrid Alcobendas?
En la comunidad de Alcobendas vas a poder escoger entre varios tipos de unidades, para que escojas aquella que se adapta a tus necesidades y estilo de vida:
– Studio diáfano con cocina abierta, área de trabajo y descanso, cama doble y baño privado
– Apartamento de una habitación con cama doble y amplio baño con ducha, sala de estar y cocina abierta.
– Apartamento de dos habitaciones dobles con baños en suite y una sala diáfana de estar que se fusiona con la cocina abierta.
– Apartamentos tipo cluster de 4 habitaciones completas con baños privados donde poder alojarte en una de las habitaciones. Compartirás el resto de zonas comunes del apartamento y para más disfrute, estas unidades cuentan con terraza.
2- ¿Cuántas personas pueden alojarse por habitación? ¿Se aceptan parejas?
Los Studios están diseñados para el confort de una persona, los apartamentos son más flexibles y las habitaciones de los clusters se ofrecen inicialmente para estancias individuales. No dudes en preguntar a nuestro equipo porque estamos trabajando para ofrecer la posibilidad de estancias en pareja y opciones más flexibles.
3- ¿Qué documentos se requieren para realizar el pre-booking / reserva?
Good news! No requieres presentar ningún tipo de documentación para el pre-booking. Solo necesitaremos que aceptes los términos y condiciones y realices el pago de la reserva.
4- ¿Cuáles son las condiciones de pago y cómo funcionan los ciclos de facturación?
Queremos ofrecerte una forma de pago sencilla y cómoda sea cual sea tu periodo de estancia con nosotros.
– Para los alojamientos de larga estancia (+90 días) damos la opción de hacer un único pago por adelantado o por domiciliación bancaria de forma mensual.
– Para los alojamientos de media estancia (30-90 días) podrás realizar un único pago por adelantado o de forma mensual a través de domiciliación bancaria.
– Para las estancias cortas (hasta 30 días) se realizará un único pago por adelantado con tarjeta bancaria a través de la pasarela de pago Stripe.
Por ahora, en el proceso de booking sólo estamos aceptando alojamientos de larga estancia.
5- ¿Qué incluye la tarifa de alojamiento? ¿Hay algún límite de consumo mensual de los suministros?
El precio de nuestras unidades incluye la habitación privada, los suministros, wifi, impuestos. No se ha establecido un límite de consumo mensual en los suministros, pero se tendrá que respetar la política de uso responsable que proporcionaremos a todos los huéspedes por adelantado y que deberá ser leída y aceptada.
6 - ¿Puedo cambiarme de apartamento/studio durante mi estancia?
Queremos ofrecerte una experiencia de calidad y que tu estancia con nosotros sea lo más cómoda para ti. Por ello, si deseas cambiar de apartamento o studio durante tu estancia en Node, puedes solicitarlo al General Manager del Hub para que sea revisada y aceptada.
7- Hay seguridad y vigilancia 24 horas en el HUB?
Los Hubs cuentan con personal las 24 horas y contamos con acceso monitorizado remoto a cámaras CCTV, todo para que no tengas que preocuparte y te sientas tranquilo.
8 - ¿Se aceptan mascotas en las zonas comunes y en las unidades?
Las mascotas son bienvenidas en Node Alcobendas siempre respetando las políticas de Node para garantizar la buena convivencia y respeto entre los huéspedes. Las mascotas solo están permitidas en las unidades de una de las torres de la comunidad. Alojarte con mascotas supone un cargo extra mensual. Contacta a nuestro equipo para obtener más detalles. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, podrás disfrutar de ellas con tu mascota excepto en áreas como las cocinas, el gimnasio o la piscina.
9- ¿Cuál es la velocidad de internet?
La conexión a internet es de 200Mb.
